Wisdom At Work Senior Management Coaching Program™

The Wisdom At Work Senior Management Coaching Program™ is designed for people who are at the top or near the top echelon of the organization, and who demand of themselves a level of excellence commensurate with the profession and industry. Individuals in such positions often have little opportunity for open and unbiased, productive dialogue whose fundamental design is to forward the achievement of goals, projects and strategic planning. In the Senior Management Coaching Program, participants work with a personal coach. The coach offers an objective, trained viewpoint, assisting the senior manager in succeeding in all areas of their career. Participants strengthen their leadership qualities and expand their definition of what is possible. Weekly coaching is done privately and confidentially on an individual basis.
